SIMON HULSTONEand TEAM ENGLAND will be preparing a truly exceptional three course informal dinner on the 11^th November as a fund raiser towards his participation in representing the UK at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition next spring. 
 
Under the direction of Simon, Team England will be preparing the meal in conjunction with Celtic Manor Staff . This will be followed by an auction hosted by Chef, BRIAN TURNER, CBE. (If you would like to donate a prize for auction please contact debbie.reeves@cesa.org.uk)
 
As an precursor to the conference on Friday 12^th November this provides you with an ideal opportunity to network with existing contacts and meet new business contacts form across the industry.
 
Once again the conference will have the full support of the FCSI and there will be manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and industry associations attending.
